Za'atar Bread
Pita bread baked with Za'atar spice paste on it. Variations can be sprinkled with lemon juice.

It can be eaten as is, or rolled up into a sandwich with fillings such as tomatoes, cheese, olives and mint.

Very popular in Lebanon, where it is called "manaeesh".
