Wensleydale, made with pasteurized cow's milk, that has cranberries added. Made for Christmas time. Generally aged 3 to 4 weeks.
Cooking Tips
Not for cooking, but rather a table cheese. Meant to be a fresh cheese with a fresh, clean taste, with the tartness of the cranberries helping the cheese to act as a foil alongside overly rich servings of mince tarts or Christmas fruitcake.
