Van Der Hum Cream Liqueur is a dark, gold-coloured liqueur made from tangerine peel, herbs and spices infused in brandy and a wine distillate. Sugar syrup from cane, and glucose, are added to sweeten it.
It is made by KMV Limited in South Africa, which was first established on 8 January 1918 as a farmer's cooperative for wines.
The alcohol content is 25% abv.
