Temaki Sushi is cone-shaped sushi, with a small piece of seaweed rolled up to act as the cone.
It is formed entirely in the hands, without the aid of a press, or bamboo mat, like other sushi.
A piece of nori seaweed is placed in one hand, rice placed on top of the seaweed, and filling placed on top of the rice.
Then, it is rolled up into a cone or cylinder shape.
Temaki Sushi can be more expensive than other sushis, because it can hold more filling.
