    
Pink Beans
Pink Beans are roundish-oval, plump, dusty-pink beans.
The plant will grow up to 14 inches (36 cm) tall and produce pods 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) long; about 110 days from seed.
The beans are .4 inches (1 cm) long by 1/4 inch (1/2 cm) wide.
When cooked, the skins are tender, and turn reddish brown. Pink Beans have a smooth texture and are somewhat sweet tasting.
Pink Beans are good for chili, and refried beans and are popular in the Caribbean.
Cooking Tips
Simmer soaked Pink Beans for 45 to 60 minutes.
