    
Oppdal Lefse
This version of lefse is made with boiled potatoes mashed with milk, and mixed with rye flour and white wheat flour, and a dash of sugar and salt.
It is then cooked as per Lefse.
Language Notes
In Norwegian, called "Oppdalslefser".
