Negroni Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Gin
1/2 oz French Vermouth
3/4 oz Campari

Be wary of these, as they go down too easily, particularly on warm summer evenings.

Directions


Shake with ice and serve on the rocks in a tumbler with a lemon slice.

Optional: though it would no longer be a proper negroni, this is very nice in the summer when topped up with soda water.
