Manchego Cheese (Mexican)

This is the Mexican version of the Spanish Manchego Cheese from La Mancha.

It is a golden-yellow, semi-firm cheese with a slightly nutty taste.

It can be used as a table cheese or for cooking.

Cooking Tips
Melts well.

Substitutes
Monterey Jack, Muenster, Mozzarella, Chihuahua, mild White Cheddar.
