Kotata Berries grown on bushes with lots of thorns, but the bushes are at least open enough to help reach and pick the fruit easily.
They are longish, black berries that have glossy skin that dulls as it ripens.
Kotata Berries are firm with small seeds.
The bushes produce high yields.
Kotata Berries are grown in Oregon and are often just sold as "black berries".
Cooking Tips
Good for canning.
History
