Kharbuza Melons have hard, yellow rind with green striations.

Inside, they have a large seed cavity, and pale green flesh whitening towards the seed cavity.

Their crisp flesh is somewhat sweet with a mild flavour.

Language Notes
The name "Kharbuza" comes from two Persian words, "kher" (meaning "donkey") and "bucina" (meaning "cucumber"), so "donkey cucumber."
