Jarlsberg Cheese
A Norwegian version of Emmenthal cheese. It is a pale yellow colour with large holes, like Emmenthal, and has the same supple texture, but is milder in flavour. However, it is still a step up in taste from American Swiss cheese.

Made from cow's milk. Less expensive than Emmenthal; more expensive than American Swiss.
