Iced Zoo Biscuits

Iced Zoo Biscuits are sweet, crisp rectangular cookies 1 1/2 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches long (40 mm x 57 mm) with a dollop of firm, coloured icing similar to Royal Icing, and on top of that, the shape of an animal in white icing.

The icing is usually blue, pink, orange, or green.

Some of the animals are springbok, duck, dolphin, and monkey. A few of the shapes aren't as easily as identifiable, looking somewhat like, some say, a cross between a fox and a slug.
