Golden Raisins
Golden Raisins are made from green grapes. The grapes are washed first in hot water before processing.

The Golden Raisins that are dried in sunlight tend to be darker and a bit less plump. Golden Raisins that have sulphur dioxide applied to them and are dried artificially will stay lighter and be plumper.

Golden Raisins have a flavour that is a bit tangier flavour than that of normal, dark raisins.

Nutrition
Golden Raisins often contain sulphur dioxide (sulfites), which some people are allergic to.
