Flowering Chinese Chives
Flowering Chinese Chives are a variety of garlic chives.

They have green, round stems that are hollow inside, and small, pointed, yellowish bud at the ends.

The chives are sold and used before the buds open. The buds are edible.

Flowering Chinese Chives have a more garlic-y taste than garlic chives.

They can be used in salads and stir fries, and even be stir-fried by themselves, dressed in oyster sauce, and served as a vegetable.
