Dijon Pork Chops

Estimated Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Use whatever herbs, dry or fresh, strike your fancy or that you have on hand.

At a minimum, season the breadcrumbs with some pepper.


Ingredients

Herbs
Dijon Mustard
Dried Bread Crumbs
Pork Chops





Directions



Season the breadcrumbs with some herbs.

Spread the mustard thinly on both sides of your pork chops, then press both sides into the breadcrumbs to get both sides coated.

Pan fry until chops are cooked and crumbs are golden.
