Dream Topping

Dream Whip is a whipped non-dairy topping sold in the UK for desserts that is made at home by the consumer from a powder.

It is sold in envelopes. Each Dream Topping envelope has 1.3 / 36g of white powder in it.

You add 1/2 cup (4 oz / 125 ml) of cold milk and beat or whisk until thick; no additional flavouring required. It already has a vanilla flavour.

It is made by Bird's, which was owned by Kraft until Kraft sold Bird's to Premier Foods plc in May 2005.

The equivalent product in North America is Dream Whip.
