Children's Rusks are different from regular rusks.

They are like small cookies. The recipe has changed over the years, and is now soya flour, rice flour, starch, and sugar.

They are given to infants while they are teething.

For decades, the Farley's brand package has had a teddy bear on the package.


Nutrition
The sugar levels were reduced in 2000, when the British Consumers Association revealed that they had found the sugar levels to be higher than those in chocolate cookies.

History
Farley's Rusks for children have been made since the 1800s. The company was bought out by Heinz in 1994.
