Cherry Liqueurs
Cherry Liqueurs are liqueurs that have real or artificial cherry colouring and flavouring.

Whether real or artificial are used, they are added to a neutral-tasting and clear alcohol base.

Some Cherry Liqueurs have an additional flavour added such as chocolate or almond. Almond flavour can be added by infusing cherry pits.

Cherry Liqueurs can be used as a drizzle over salads or ice cream, or as an ingredient in baking.

Also called: Cherry Cordials Cerises à l-eau-de-vie (French) Cigliegiolo (Italian)
