Butcher Hog
A Butcher Hog is a pig, male or female of any breed, raised strictly for butchering for meat.
The meat from males may be stronger tasting than meat from females.
The pigs are generally butchered in the range of 195 to 320 pounds (88 1/2 kg to 145 kg.)
