 Buckwheat Cereal  Cream of Buckwheat
Buckwheat grits are buckwheat groats ground up finely so that they can be used to make a quick-cooking breakfast cereal.
They are soft and creamy when cooked in water, so are also sometimes used in pudding-style desserts.
