Buckwheat Grits
Buckwheat grits are buckwheat groats ground up finely so that they can be used to make a quick-cooking breakfast cereal.

They are soft and creamy when cooked in water, so are also sometimes used in pudding-style desserts.

Also called: Buckwheat Cereal Cream of Buckwheat Brisures de sarrasin fin (French) Buchweizengrütze fein (German) Granillo de sarraceno fino (Spanish)
