Brie de Chèvre
Brie de Chèvre is a cheese that looks something like Brie, except it is made from raw goat's milk curdled with vegetarian rennet.

The cheeses are round, about 3/4 inch (1.5 to 2 cm) tall, and weigh approximately 17 oz (500 g.) The crust is white with mould, and like Brie, it gets creamier inside as it ages.

Brie de Chèvre Cheese is aged for just 10 to 12 days: it matures quickly because it's so thin.

The resemblance to Brie, however, vanishes with the first bite: it has a very goaty taste.

Nutrition
Brie de Chèvre contains 45% butterfat.

Also called: Brie de Chèvre (French)
