Blue Fish
Blue Fish is term describing a general grouping of fish.

The fish in this category tend to have bluish skin colouring, such as mackerel and sardines, and live in shoals near the surface of the water.

Unlike white fish, blue fish store their fat both in their liver and throughout their flesh, making their flesh oily.

This is not the same as the fish actually called "bluefish".

Also called: Pelagic fish
