Blue Ballet Squash

Blue Ballet Squash has slate-grey, smooth rind.

The squash grow 6 to 8 inches (15 to 20 cm) wide, and weigh 3 1/3 to 6 1/2 pounds (1 1/2 to 3 kg.)

Inside, they have bright orange, finely-textured flesh, that is not stringy or watery, with a good sweet and rich taste.

Semi-bush plant; 4 to 6 squash per plant.

90 to 95 days from seed.

Cooking Tips
4 to 8 servings per squash.

Stores well.
