 Blue Ballet Squash
Baby Blue Hubbard Squash are tear-drop shaped or plumper, with slate-blue rind.
They have dry, deep yellow, finely-textured flesh with a sweet, rich taste.
They grow to be 8 to 16 inches (20 to 40 cm) wide, and weigh 2 to 7 pounds (1 to 3 1/4 kg.)
Semi-bush type plant, with 4 to 6 squash per plant.
90 to 100 days from seed.
