Ajo Rojo Creole Garlic
While some red garlics are actually purple, Ajo Rojo Creole is almost red,

The bulb skin is thicker than most other garlics, allowing it to stand up well to heat and drought while growing.

It is quite similar to Burgundy garlic but has redder, thicker skin, and a bit stronger flavour.

Up to 12 cloves per bulb.

Belongs to the silverskin group of softneck garlics.

Storage
Can store up to 7 to 8 months.

Language Notes
Name means "Red Garlic" in Spanish.
